The 2023 Asian-Pacific Sustainability Action Awards (APSAA) presentation ceremony was held on July 21, 2023. CPC, Taiwan won seven awards, including three Taiwan Sustainability Action Awards (two gold awards and one bronze award), and four Asian-Pacific Sustainability Action Awards (one gold award and three silver awards). It has won a record number of awards over the past years. In addition, CPC was the biggest winner in the country, a visible testament to the fruits of CPC’s sustainable development efforts.
In the oil category, CPC won a Taiwan Sustainability Action Award with “The Green Cradle of CPC”. CPC also won silver with “The Sustainable Cradle of CPC”. In carbon reduction, it won silver with “The Pioneer of Petrochemical Carbon Footprint”, silver with the “CPC's Road toward Gender Equity” and a bronze “Taiwan Sustainability Action Award” with “The Road to Gender Equity – Oil for You and Me.”
