Dr. Ou’s appointment, announced recently by the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), took effect on 4 March following the resignation of his predecessor Dr Tai Chein.
Dr Ou earlier served on CPC’s board of directors in his former capacity of Director of the Bureau of Energy within the MOEA. He affirms that he is very proud of returning to the MOEA community, this time as a member of the CPC family.
