On Apr. 19, 2011, our company and PetroChina signed a “Letter of Intent on Regional Alliance for the Fujian Area”.
The representatives in signing this LOI were, respectively, Mr. Wang, Guang-Sheng, President of Petrochina’s Fujian Marketing Company, and Ms. Regina Chiang, Director of CPC Supply & Trading Department.
