| Overseas Exploration LOI Signed |
On Jul. 28, 2010, our company group signed an LOI on overseas exploration cooperation with China National Oil & Gas Exploration and Development Corporation (CNODC), a CNPC subsidiary.
The representatives in signing this LOI were, respectively, Vice President J. S. Yang, in the name of President of OPIC, a CPC subsidiary, and Mr. Bo, Qiliang, President of CNODC
